A former Healthwise GP Referral Facilitator, Sultana specialises in rebuilding health from foundational movement, supporting weight management, strength, functional fitness, and mental wellbeing. She has worked with Public Health mentoring clients, leading group weight-loss programmes, and delivering workshops, breathwork, and holistic wellness sessions across community and corporate settings. Her mission is simple: support people in caring for their health with clarity, confidence, and balance – without pressure or judgement.
