Sultana, Head Coach of Rest Retreat, began her wellbeing journey over a decade ago through a deeply personal transformation. After gaining over 50kg during pregnancy and losing more than seven dress sizes, she experienced first-hand the profound physical, mental, and emotional power of holistic health. During her maternity period, she committed herself to training as a fitness and wellbeing professional, driven by a clear mission: to help people reclaim their health with compassion, realism, and lasting impact.
Sultana’s work is grounded in the belief that health is deeply interconnected — influencing not only the body, but also mental clarity, emotional balance, confidence, and the ability to manage personal, professional, and family life. She supports both women and men through non-judgmental, pressure-free, and personalised programmes that respect each individual’s journey. Her approach helps clients develop body awareness, mindfulness, and self-trust, empowering them to understand what their body is capable of and how to care for it sustainably.
A defining chapter in her career came when she became a Healthwise GP Referral Facilitator, working closely with individuals managing medical conditions and medication. Her philosophy, “Back to Basics,” focuses on rebuilding health from foundational movement, simple understanding, and realistic progression. Through beginner-friendly and structured programmes, clients develop confidence before progressing into specialised pathways such as weight loss, strength training, functional conditioning, endurance, mindfulness-based fitness, HIIT, core and restorative movement, and Pilates flow.
Sultana also integrates nutritional awareness and education, guiding clients to understand food as fuel and to build a healthy relationship with nutrition. She helps break misconceptions around calories, carbohydrates, fats, and dieting through practical workshops and realistic dietary support — encouraging sustainable choices over restrictive trends and promoting balance rather than perfection.
Her experience extends to working alongside Public Health, mentoring clients and leading weight management programmes for groups of up to 20 participants. She delivers specialised workshops, indoor and outdoor training sessions, breathwork, mindfulness, and holistic wellness programmes across both community and corporate settings. Whether supporting individuals or organisations, her focus remains the same — human health, prevention over cure, and sustainable self-management.
At Rest Retreat, Sultana creates a structured yet nurturing environment where guests can pause, reset, and recharge. She believes that intentional rest, movement, and awareness restore clarity, increase productivity, and strengthen resilience. Her philosophy is simple yet powerful: wellness is a journey, not perfection — and meaningful, consistent progress leads to lasting transformation.

Chanel Dimond is a dedicated wellness professional with over two decades of experience in health, fitness, and holistic wellbeing. Beginning her journey at the age of 17, Chanel built a strong foundation as a Personal Trainer, Lifeguard, and Aerobic Instructor, delivering fitness programmes, leading group sessions, and supporting individuals across a wide range of abilities and goals.
Over time, her work naturally evolved beyond traditional fitness into a deeper, more holistic approach — recognising that true wellbeing is created through the balance of physical strength, mental clarity, emotional awareness, and mindful movement.
At RestRetreats, Chanel’s philosophy centres on the belief that wellness is personal and empowering. She finds joy in seeing individuals move freely, grow in confidence, and take their own small but meaningful steps forward — whether through conditioning, mindful movement, or expressive practices such as flow and dance. Her approach supports each person in understanding their body, working with their current ability, and gradually building a stronger and more resilient foundation for lifelong wellbeing.
Chanel believes that progress is not defined only by weight loss or performance, but by presence — the ability to breathe, move, and simply be in the moment while caring for both physical and mental health.
