A non-refundable deposit of £250 – £500 is required to secure your place
Full payment must be made no later than 8 weeks prior to the retreat start date
Failure to complete payment may result in cancellation of your booking with no refund
All payments made are strictly non-refundable
This includes deposits, partial payments, and full balances
No exceptions will be made for personal circumstances
Participants are strongly advised to obtain comprehensive travel insurance
Bookings may be transferred to another person if you are unable to attend
You are responsible for finding a replacement
All transfers must be approved by Rest Retreats
Transfers must be completed at least 14 days prior to the retreat
By attending, you confirm that:
You are in good physical and mental health
You are fit to participate in activities including:
Fitness training
Surfing
Boxing
Movement sessions
You have disclosed any relevant medical conditions in advance
Rest Retreats is not responsible for any injuries or health issues arising during the retreat.
You acknowledge that participation in retreat activities involves inherent risks.
You voluntarily assume full responsibility for:
Personal injury
Loss or damage of personal belongings
Any risks associated with travel and activities
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
Rest Retreats, its coaches, and affiliates shall not be held liable for:
Injury, illness, or death
Loss, theft, or damage of property
Travel disruptions or external circumstances
Participants are responsible for:
Booking their own flights
Obtaining travel insurance
Ensuring valid passports and visas
Rest Retreats is not liable for any travel-related issues or costs.
By attending, you agree that:
Photos and videos may be taken during the retreat
These may be used for marketing and promotional purposes
If you wish to opt out, you must notify us in writing before the retreat.
Rest Retreats reserves the right to remove any participant without refund if they:
Disrupt the experience
Act inappropriately
Compromise the safety or wellbeing of others
In rare circumstances, Rest Retreats may need to:
Change the itinerary
Reschedule or cancel the retreat
In such cases, participants will be offered:
A transfer to a future retreat
Or a partial/full refund (excluding third-party costs such as flights)
By making payment, you confirm that:
You have read and understood all terms
You agree to the no refund policy
You accept full responsibility for your participation
